• Unless noted otherwise, all Spring Semester classes are 18-weeks long. For classes less than 18 weeks – encounter private course descriptions for finish dates.
• If class beginning dates are later than those noted above, the first dates are indicated in the class descriptions.
• Make-up lessons/classes are given only when the teacher cancels lessons/classes or for inclement weather or emergency building closures.

Registration

Classes and lessons are open up to all people regardless of race, sexual practice, organized religion, historic period, disability, or national origin.

By registering for classes or lessons you are agreeing to bide by The Fine Fine art Association's Policies and Procedures and grant to give The Fine Arts Clan the right to use you or your child's photograph or image with or without you or your child's name, both single and in conjunction with the other persons or objects for any and all purposes including, only not limited to, private or public presentations, advertising, publicity and promotion relating thereto. If y'all practice not wish to grant permissions for you or your child to exist lensman, please see the Customer Service staff for a Photographic Opt–Out form.

Tuition is due upon registration. No lesson or class registrations are held unless payment has been made.

Payment must be made at the time of registration or lesson/course space is not guaranteed. Registration confirmations for enrollment are bachelor by electronic mail merely.

Mid-session Form/Lesson Registration: Registrations are accepted in near classes and private lesson studios after a session begins, based on availability. Classes that accept occurred prior to registering mid-session will not be fabricated up.

Easy Ways to Register

Registration is available in person, by phone, fax or online. For your convenience you lot may mail, fax or drib off the completed registration form bachelor online with your payment.

• Registration Confirmations for enrollment are available by email only.
• Class Cancellationsby The Fine Arts Association may occur up to 36 hours prior to the start of a class. Notification volition exist made via phone and/or email, if available.
• Continuing Music Students: With Music Kinesthesia availability and permission, a music lesson time slot may remain the same from fall to leap session. Payment must exist received by the due date. After this date, all held slots will be released.

Discounts

• Students meeting the eligibility requirements may receive the following discounts on one class/lessons each session (Fall, Spring, Summer). Simply i of these discounts may be applied to each class/lesson.
• • Andrews Osborne Academy students – five% disbelieve
  • Willoughby residents – eight% discount
  • Senior citizens (age 60+) and military – 5% disbelieve
• The Early Registration discount of 3% (if registered by May 21, 2022) may be practical to every class/lessons on which no other discounts/scholarship/Work Banana Discount has been practical.
• Discounts (other than the Willoughby Resident Disbelieve) may non be practical to workshops or special ane-24-hour interval programs.
• Discounts (other than the Willoughby Resident Disbelieve) may not be practical to a class/lessons for which a scholarship or Work Assistant Discount has been received.

Payment Options

• We have VISA, Master Card, Discover, cash, or check.
• A $35.00 fee applies for whatever returned checks.
• Monthly Payment Option: Lesson and form tuitions that total over $200 are eligible for our monthly payment plan which divides the tuition into 5 equal installments. Visa, MasterCard, or Detect information is required to secure the payment programme obligation. Payment plan registration may be made in person or by telephone.
• Students are required to pay a $ten payment program fee and the first payment installment at the time of registration. The iv remaining installments volition be charged mid-month to the credit card (Visa,

  MasterCard, or Discover) provided at the time of registration:February xv, 2022, March 15, 2022, April xv, 2022, and May xv, 2022

• Discounts, (other than the Willoughby Resident Disbelieve) are not applicable if utilizing the Payment Plan. Must call Customer Service to register and prepare a payment plan.
• Summer payment options: Payment tin can be made in full at fourth dimension of registration OR fifty% of total campsite tuition (for each camp or combination of camp registrations for which tuition totals) can be made to secure placement into each Fine Arts military camp for which you are registering. Payment programme is for camps merely. Requires fifty% down payment of total military camp tuition (for each camp or combination of camps). $10 payment plan fee (per student) applies. Remaining residual(south) must be paid by the end of business day on May 22, 2022. Call Customer Service to register and prepare upwards a payment plan.
